#1 - Congratulation
Closing his laptop with a definitive sigh, Steven is so exhausted that he misses the two men creeping up behind him and his sigh quickly crescendos into a gasp as each of them plant a kiss on either side of his face; when he turns to scold the more mischievous of the two, Leo has a darling smile as he taps Steven on the nose; Klaus also sports a dorky grin as Steven glances over at him next, nuzzling Steven's cheek as he whispers into his ear, "Just a little reward for meeting your deadline..."
#2 - Trust
Leo can feel Steven's grip around his wrist slipping, and as much as his boyfriends are urging him to let go of the ledge, natural instinct commands him not to; it's his lifeline, his body tells him, but as many times as he's almost fallen, Klaus and Steven have been there to keep him from hitting the ground; grunting as the building shifts again and crumbles beneath him, he reaffirms his faith in the two people he loves most in this world and lets go of the ledge to grasp Klaus's waiting hand.

The subterranean garage beneath Libra HQ seems like the perfect place to instruct a new driver like Klaus without the possibility of unwanted distractions; Steven is far more nervous and apprehensive than Leo, especially when Klaus finally takes a turn in the driver's seat after Leo gives him the usual spiel; that curious cock of Klaus's head should have told Steven what would happen next, but he just loves to indulge his boyfriends, so he gives in to the sunnier side of optimism, which he comes to quickly regret as Klaus floors the gas pedal in reverse and practically compacts K.K's motorcycle against the garage wall.

A picnic seems like a juvenile idea when Steven first hears Leo's proposal, too simple and dull for a man of his refined tastes, but Klaus's enthusiastic glee and the threat of tears in Leo's eyes when he initially declines is more than enough to change his mind; he has to thank Leo later for it, though, because it turns out that simple is something he's forgotten all about appreciating; lying on the soft lawn of Central Park with Leo and Klaus beside him while a warm breeze blows through his hair is the kind of solace he's been seeking his entire life; never before has he felt safer, he thinks and smiles to himself.
